Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking an Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing for our Singapore headquarters in Ang Mo Kio. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, setting up BOMs, and supporting product transfers and NPI builds.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering and has 1–3 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing support, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MRP/ECN tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or engineering support roles preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRP or ECN tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of process control and lean manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, cost, cycle time, and line efficiency.
• Analyze real-time problems and implement corrective actions.
• Provide line support and optimize yield improvement plans.
• Assist in product transfers and develop new processes for NPI.
• Conduct training for line operators and coordinate with Engineering Team on machine issues.
