Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 1–3 years in a competitive product manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies, flow and procedures for production.
• Perform test capacity planning to maximize testers' capacity.
• Improve test yield via CIP/RMA activities.
• Lead Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians and ensure quality standards.
• Validate and maintain test equipment and keep a master list.
• Review 1st article samples before submission to customers.
• Participate in product transfer activities and NPI support.
• Generate and validate test reports prior to publication.
