Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking an Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing for our Singapore headquarters in Ang Mo Kio. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, setting up BOMs, and supporting product transfers and NPI builds.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering and has 1–3 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing support, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MRP/ECN tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or engineering support roles preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRP or ECN tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of process control and lean manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, cost, cycle time, and line efficiency.
• Analyze real-time problems and implement corrective actions.
• Provide line support and optimize yield improvement plans.
• Assist in product transfers and develop new processes for NPI.
• Conduct training for line operators and coordinate with Engineering Team on machine issues.

We’re looking to add a Engineering Assistant, Manufacturingin Singapore. The position is based in our Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

As a Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing you will:

Optimizing manufacturing efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs; to set up BOM, prepare VSOP, in charge of product transfer and NPI build.

The key roles and responsibilities are as below:

• Identify and manage process improvements relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies.
• Analyse real time problems, study and implement correction actions.
• Provide line support and optimization of yield improvement plans.
• Assist in product transfer and develop new process for NPI.
• Conduct training for the line operators.
• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering Team on machine issues.
• Produce technical reports and diagrams of manufacturing processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
• Support in updating and maintaining of DGS System for 500+ models
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of tools, equipment and fixtures as well as the records

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or engineering support roles (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MRP, or ECN tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process control and lean manufacturing.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines in fast‑paced environments.
• Able to lead team-based activities and assist in coordinating manufacturing key activities.
