Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead client representations, project planning, scheduling and budget management on-site in Hong Kong SAR. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate client objectives into actionable plans.

Responsibilities include risk management, quality and compliance oversight, progress reporting to clients and leadership, and closeout activities.

• Client representations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Project planning & scheduling: Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Budget management: Track and control project costs, ensuring delivery within approved financial parameters; provide regular cost forecasting and variance analysis.
• Stakeholder coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal specialists.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Quality & compliance oversight: Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, building codes, and sustainability goals (e.g., LEED, WELL).
• Reporting & communication: Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal leadership through dashboards, meetings, and reports.
• Closeout & handover: Manage final inspections, punch lists, documentation, and client acceptance upon project completion.
