Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead on-site operations for premium properties. You will supervise the on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain tenant relations, and oversee contractor performance to ensure quality service.

The role requires 10–12 years in premium property management, 5 years in a managerial position, PMP Tier 1 license, leadership and crisis management skills, and familiarity with smart-building tech.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline.
• A member of relevant professional organizations (such as RICS, HKIH, CIH, etc.) is preferable, with PMP Tier 1 license a must.
• Expert in BMO, financial management, tenant relations and compliance preferred; ESG engagement and public certifications a plus.
• At least 10-12 years' relevant experience in premium / Grade A commercial property management, with 5 years at managerial level.
• Excellent client servicing skill and crisis management for high-profile tenants.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Familiar with smart building technology proficiency (IoT, AI monitoring, etc.).
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements
