Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or operational experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Healthcare background is a plus; nutraceutical/pharma/TCM experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and shop-floor safety.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, workshop workflows, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely product delivery.
• Lead production troubleshooting and implement process improvements.
• Monitor capacity, line efficiency, material usage, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Manage production logs, inventory usage, and monthly reports.
• Support ad hoc operational and manufacturing projects as assigned.
