Job summary

Vita Green is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Hong Kong to lead daily operations and drive efficiency across the manufacturing floor. You will build and maintain SOPs, ensure GMP compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality health supplement products.

A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, are required. We offer a dynamic, growth-focused environment with opportunities for professional development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of production/manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience with GMP standards is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations.
• Build, implement, and maintain SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to GMP.
• Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.
