Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Operations Manager to lead production teams and oversee project operations. You will supervise line leaders and operators, coordinate with support teams, and ensure quality targets are met while managing budgets and training programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of team management experience, proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma required; related fields preferred.
• 3–5 years of team management experience.
• Experience in DMS/Warehouse/Logistics/Manufacturing projects preferred.
• Good time management and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project operations and assist with production setup.
• Supervise line leaders and operators; manage resources to meet quality and daily targets.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth production.
• Arrange training, supervise employees, control costs, monitor compliance and manage budgets.
• Ensure operations comply with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO27001).
• Prepare documentation and client reports.
