Job summary

Vita Green in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to organize daily operations, lead on-site teams, and drive efficiency across the production floor. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage resources, schedules, and quality control under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• 8 years or above experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position.
• Prior experience with GMP standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Possession of either Traditional Chinese Medicine or Drug/Poison licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on‑site operations.
• Build, implement, and maintain SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to GMP.
• Provide on‑site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.
