We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production schedules, manage manufacturing operations, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production environments, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal resource allocation, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, workshop workflows, and production schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless supply chain flow.
Lead production troubleshooting, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Monitor production capacity, line efficiency, material usage, and equipment utilization.
Ensure strict compliance with quality control standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Manage operational documentation, including production logs, inventory usage, and monthly reports.
Support ad hoc operational and manufacturing projects as assigned by management.

About you

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or operational experience in a manufacturing or production environment (healthcare background is a plus).
Prior experience in the Nutraceutical / Health Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industries is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of production workflows, quality control, and shop-floor safety standards.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
