Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Product Designer to support the design and enhancement of digital products in the retail and entertainment sector. The role requires hands-on UX/UI and product design experience, translating customer needs into intuitive experiences and collaborating with product and technology teams.

You will own the end-to-end design process, create wireframes and high-fidelity UI, and contribute to design systems while conducting user research to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design.
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products in retail or entertainment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, user journeys, wireframes, prototyping and UI design.
• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design and responsive design.
• Experience working with Product Managers, developers and business stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong UX/UI and product design experience who can understand customer needs, translate business requirements into intuitive experiences, and work closely with product and technology teams to bring ideas from concept through to delivery.
