Job summary

TechForce in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned UX/UI Designer / Service Designer to shape AI-powered, enterprise-grade digital solutions. You’ll lead user research, journey mapping and create wireframes, prototypes and design specifications for web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with analysts and developers, drive usability testing, and contribute to design systems and scalable UI components across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or Service Design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, internal platforms or digital products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering sessions.
• Facilitate journey mapping, service blueprinting and user experience workshops.
• Create wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes and design specifications.
• Design intuitive user experiences for web, mobile and enterprise applications.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and developers throughout the design and build lifecycle.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the design and delivery of AI-powered and digital transformation solutions for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
