Job summary

Alpha Minds Technologies Limited is seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to owns end-to-end booking design for our web and iOS platforms. You will lead booking flows, develop scalable design systems, and collaborate with developers to deliver seamless experiences.

Applicants should have a 2+ year track record in product design for web/iOS with a strong portfolio in booking or e-commerce workflows, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Interactive Design, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional product design experience focusing on web and iOS applications, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end booking or e-commerce workflows.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience with animation and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).

Job description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end design of our booking platform across web and iOS applications. In this role, you will lead end-to-end booking flows, establish scalable design systems, and work in close collaboration with developers to build seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Own and optimize complex end-to-end booking flows across web and iOS platforms, ensuring intuitive and friction-free user journeys.

Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems for web and iOS to ensure consistency across product features.

Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Front-End/iOS Developers to deliver implementation-ready UI solutions and ensure accurate design handoffs.

Utilize user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to iterate on product features and continuously improve the booking conversion and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Interactive Design, Creative Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional product design experience focusing on web and iOS applications, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end booking or e-commerce workflows.

Essential Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with animation and micro-interactions (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, and Principle is a plus.

A background working in a Digital Agency is preferable.

Experience participating in (and winning) pitch presentations is highly regarded.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

Proven ability to effectively articulate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and the underlying design rationale, both verbally and visually.

Leadership Experience (Applicable for higher-level roles):

Proven experience managing and mentoring a team in a fast-paced or agency environment. (Note: Candidates with less leadership experience will be considered for the UX & UI Designer role; those with extensive leadership and delivery experience will be considered for the Senior UX & UI Designer role.)

Strong portfolio demonstrating a proven UX Workflow and sophisticated design techniques.
