Job summary

Plover Cove Golf Club is seeking an experienced Procurement Assistant Manager / Procurement Manager to lead procurement and contract management for development, construction, fit-out, and eventual club operations. You will work with the project team to ensure value, schedule, and quality.

The role covers CAPEX projects, pre-opening FF&E/OS&E, supplier and vendor management, and ongoing procurement for the golf club's operations. Strong negotiation and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills with a high standard of integrity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with department heads, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP / e-procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy, tendering exercises, consultant and contractor appointments, contract administration, and cost control.
• Procure goods and services for development, club operations, and CAPEX projects, including pre-opening FF&E/OS&E.
• Prepare tender documents, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and reports; administer contracts and monitor progress.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
