Job summary

Airport Authority is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including high-value tenders and strategic initiatives. You will develop sourcing strategies, provide expert advice, and ensure governance and compliance across projects.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, high-integrity mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines required.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience, preferably in public organizations.
• Experience with WTO/GPA tenders is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP/Oracle Financial or Procurement System is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for various projects.
• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies to optimise value for money.
• Provide professional procurement advice on sourcing, tendering and contract admin.
• Lead tender evaluations, negotiations and award processes with transparency.
• Manage major contract renewals and strategic procurement projects.
• Prepare procurement submissions and management papers for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, governance and stakeholder experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Coach and mentor junior procurement staff within the competency framework.
