Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee procurement, contracts, and financial management across a portfolio of projects and operations in Hong Kong & Macau. You will lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost control while ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will collaborate with project teams in procurement, finance, operations, and governance, overseeing budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and commercial risks to support value-improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial, procurement, contracts, finance, or supply chain roles within construction, facilities, industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
• Experience managing contracts, procurement activities, budgets, and supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems and commercial management tools.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, contracting, and commercial management activities across projects and operations.
• Develop sourcing, supplier, and contracting strategies to support business and project objectives.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, contract administration, and performance reviews.
• Monitor project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX expenditures, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Ensure timely processing of invoicing, payments, and commercial transactions in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Provide commercial support to project teams throughout project planning and execution.
• Track actual costs against budgets and provide regular reporting, forecasts, and financial insights.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and support value improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and project teams to ensure effective commercial governance and compliance.
