Zusammenfassung

Plover Cove Golf Club is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager / HR Manager to establish and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the pre-opening club in Hong Kong. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and HR administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/BA or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' all-round HR experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role; 8+ years for HR Manager.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Pre-opening or start-up HR setup experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and related regulations.
• Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-opening recruitment drive and manage full recruitment cycle.
• Oversee HR operations, including records, attendance, leave, and documents.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and HR-related letters.
• Set up HRIS and filing systems for opening.
• Develop, update HR policies and Staff Handbook.
• Ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and labour regulations.
• Communicate HR policies across the organization.
• Support HR best practices and process improvements.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR advice.
• Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations.
• Organize engagement activities, staff events, and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management and training.
• Assist in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking.
• Prepare monthly payroll, MPF contributions, and tax returns.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and headcount metrics.
• Support audits relating to HR matters.
