Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in retail processes and merchandising data management.
• Experience with food, health & beauty or convenience store functions is a plus.
• Experience in data design, conversion, migration or ERP implementations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient English; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.

Do you have a passion for implementing an ERP system in the retail environment?

As the Business Process Owner for Retail Transformation – Retail Data Foundation, you will play a crucial role in harmonizing retail master data and operating model for ERP driven processes in the retail environment. You will guide teams across business units in Hong Kong and Macau, covering Food, Health & Beauty, and 7-Eleven, in developing and managing the future process and design across banners that enhance our Customer First, People Led and Shareholder Driven strategy, for both physical and online markets. By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our strategies align with business goals, programme goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

The role will be a 1.5 -year contract position for external applicants.

The challenge is to:

Process Design and Mapping

• Lead discussions on future-state business processes and operating models enabled by system transformation.
• Facilitate alignment on end-to-end business scenarios and process flows across banners and functions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into process and data design considerations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Data Design, Mapping and Conversion

• Partner with business stakeholders and implementation teams to define future-state retail data structures and business rules.
• Define and validate data conversion and migration approaches, assumptions, and transformation logic.
• Drive data harmonisation and standardisation across banners, functions, and business units.
• Support business in data conversion and migration based on agreed approaches, assumptions and transformation logic
• Serve as the subject matter expert on retail master data and related business processes.
• Support data quality reviews and business validation activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Testing and Business Readiness

• Prepare and review test scenarios, test scripts, and business acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and support execution of system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Analyse and resolve process and data-related issues identified during testing.
• Support business readiness activities, including user training, communications, and change adoption.

Requirements:

• 8 years+ of experience in retail processes and merchandising data management such as retail item master, product category, range & assortment, supplier/procurement, cost and price.
• Experience with food business, health and beauty or convenience store commercial and marketing functions are an advantage.
• Experience in data design, conversion, migration or ERP system implementation is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
