Job summary

The Dairy Farm Company, Limited 牛奶有限公司 invites a Process Analyst/Manager, Retail Data Foundation, to standardize operating models for ERP-driven processes across HK Food, H&B and 7E banners. You will guide cross-functional teams to design and manage future processes that support our Customer First, People Led and Shareholder Driven strategy in both physical and online channels.

With 3-5 years in retail processes, you will map current and to-be flows, partner with implementation teams on data

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail processes such as commercial management of category, supplier/procurement, merchandising, promotion/loyalty program, rebate, inventory cost.
• Experience with ERP system implementation is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map and standardize retail processes across banners (HK Food, H&B, 7E).
• Define to-be process flows with implementation partners.
• Achieve consensus on process integration topics with process teams.
• Support design delivery, testing, UAT, data migration and end-user training.
• Assist IUT & SIT testing execution and data conversion decisions.
• Lead change management and user training for the new ERP system.
