Job summary

DFI Retail Group seeks an experienced Business Process Owner for Retail Transformation – Retail Data Foundation to harmonise retail master data and operating models for ERP-driven processes in Hong Kong and Macau. You will guide multiple banners across Food, Health & Beauty, and 7-Eleven, shaping future processes and design for both physical and online markets.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in retail processes and merchandising data management.
Experience with food, health & beauty or convenience store functions is a plus.
Experience in data design, conversion, migration or ERP implementations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Proficient English; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions on future-state processes and operating models enabled by system transformation.
Align end-to-end business scenarios and process flows across banners and functions.
Define future-state retail data structures and business rules; validate data conversion approaches.
Drive data harmonisation across banners, functions and business units; support data quality reviews.
Coordinate testing scenarios, scripts and acceptance criteria; support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Support business readiness activities including user training and change adoption.
