Job summary

China Telecom Global is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to lead end-to-end process transformation across the organization. You will identify issues, drive root-cause analyses, and implement improvement plans with measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in process management, familiarity with AI-driven transformations, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. Mandarin and English fluency is expected; telecom background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, management, data analytics, computer science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience; telecom experience preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end process management and process system development.
• Experience leading transformation projects and change management.
• Familiarity with AI use cases in process management; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process issues from identification to resolution with root cause analysis.
• Review and summarize recurring process issues; produce analytical reports for optimization.
• Lead company-wide process optimization projects; coordinate sub-project managers and stakeholders.
• Organize and deliver training on process management and standardized methodologies.
• Review and update process documentation; define responsibilities and process rules.
• Develop process performance indicators and evaluation frameworks; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure the process management system aligns with business development and is continuously improved.
