Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to drive end-to-end process management initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong skills in process mapping, diagnosis, reengineering, and system development. You will lead transformation projects and embrace AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business admin, management, data analytics, CS, telecom, supply chain, finance or related disciplines preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; telecom experience preferred.
• Proficiency in process mapping, diagnosis, reengineering, and system development; end-to-end process management experience.
• Hands-on leadership in transformation projects; full lifecycle from research to post-project review.
• Ability to apply AI to process management and drive intelligent transformation.
• Certifications such as PMP, Process Management Professional, Data Analysis, or Change Management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process issues from identification to resolution with root-cause analysis and improvement plans.
• Review and summarize recurring process issues; produce analytical reports to drive improvements.
• Lead company-wide process optimization projects by coordinating sub-project managers and stakeholders.
• Organize and deliver training on process management; establish standardized methodologies.
• Review and update process documentation and define responsibilities at each stage.
• Develop process performance indicators and evaluation frameworks; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure the process management system aligns with business needs and continuous improvement.
