Job summary

Techforce Group Limited is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to lead enterprise AI adoption and business transformation. You will identify AI opportunities, map current processes, and design future-state workflows powered by AI and automation.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/Digital Transformation, experience running workshops, and the ability to define requirements, MVP scope, and implementation roadmaps. Fluency in Cantonese and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI Transformation / Digital Transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
• Experience defining business requirements, user journeys, MVP scope, implementation roadmaps, and success metrics for technology or AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process redesign, workflow optimisation, and operating model improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify AI, automation, and transformation opportunities.
• Understand current business processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process analysis and design future-state workflows enabled by AI and automation.
• Define AI use cases, business requirements, user journeys, MVP scope, and success metrics.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users, product teams, developers, architects, and delivery stakeholders.
• Support requirements management, backlog definition, UAT, rollout planning, and change adoption activities.
• Evaluate AI, low-code, automation, and workflow technologies aligned with objectives.
• Support AI governance, information security, data privacy, and responsible AI considerations.
• Prepare client presentations, workshop materials, and executive communications.
