Job summary

Travel Expert in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence & Transformation Manager to drive process improvement, SOP governance, and digital transformation across the organization. You will lead BPI initiatives, implement AI-enabled solutions, and align operations with strategic goals, reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, BPI, Process Governance, Business Transformation, or related functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, SOP development, process mapping, system implementation, digital transformation, and quality control.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or process improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, process flows, and operational standards to support corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Establish process governance and quality control measures to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Drive system implementation, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Identify and leverage AI solutions and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Conduct training and communication programs to facilitate effective adoption of processes, systems, and operational standards.
• Monitor compliance with established SOPs and implement continuous improvement measures where required.
• Work closely with department heads and management teams to align operational processes with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to management in driving operational excellence, governance, and transformation initiatives.
• Promote and reinforce operational standards and workplace best practices across the organization.
