Job summary

Edrington in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager to support the engagement and recruitment of High Potential UHNI clients across the Single Malt portfolio, coordinating with CRM and marketing for brand-consistent communications.

You will nurture high-value relationships, manage event logistics, and drive private-client sales while collaborating with regional teams to deliver world-class client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in beverages, hospitality or luxury marketing/retail.
• Proven track record in recruiting High Net Worth individuals.
• Appreciation for the finer things in life and understanding private clients.
• Personable with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive.
• Local language skills both written and spoken in market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and groom next level of private clients from CRM and Private Client Database.
• Coordinate with Marketing on brand voice and communications.
• Source and recruit new private clients; manage pricing strategy for DTC/Prestige.
• Support order process, delivery info, and compliance data systems; achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate events; manage logistics and customer service excellence.
