• Solid years of relationship management and business development experience in banking.
• Insurance IIQE and HKSI papers as required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling with customers to meet their financial goals.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market updates and portfolio reviews.
• Work with Branch Manager and Team Heads to create monthly plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide proactive follow up services with existing customers.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and grow portfolios by converting potential referral leads.
• Strictly adhere to KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.
