Job summary

Change Group Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Private Client Manager to build and nurture relationships with a luxury client portfolio, delivering highly personalised experiences and concierge-style support.

You will serve as the primary contact, understand client preferences, and collaborate with internal teams to elevate client loyalty and engagement. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private client/relationship management or related premium environments.
• Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and premium service standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a luxury client portfolio.
• Serve as primary contact, understanding client preferences and lifestyles.
• Provide personalised recommendations and concierge-style support.
• Curate bespoke experiences including private appointments, previews, VIP events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CX, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure a seamless client journey.
