Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager for Private Sales to manage a prestigious HNW/UHNW client portfolio and expand the network in Hong Kong. You will leverage deep wine and spirits knowledge, a strong network, and a client-centric approach to deliver bespoke experiences and sustainable growth.

Role requires a proven track record in luxury sales or relationship management, fluent English and Cantonese, and willingness to travel for exclusive events and tastings.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven relationship management or luxury sales experience.
• Established network with HNW/UHNW clients or family offices in HK/Greater China.
• Deep knowledge of fine wines, rare spirits and luxury beverages.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven with a track record of targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel and attend client events.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW private clients, ensuring retention.
• Identify and convert new business via networking, referrals, events, and outreach in Hong Kong.
• Curate and present wine & spirits portfolios, investments, and private cellar solutions.
• Organise and host exclusive client events, tastings, dinners, and experiences.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and sommeliers for seamless client journeys.
• Monitor market trends and client preferences to provide strategic insights.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sales regulations and client data privacy.
