Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Client Solutions & Business Management professional for Private Banking, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Wealth Planning, Credit, Finance, IT and control functions across Hong Kong and Singapore.

The role emphasizes governance, onboarding, risk reporting and regional projects, offering broad exposure beyond traditional KYC roles and opportunities to influence cross-functional processes with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management or another regulated financial institution.
• Experience in Business Management, Client Solutions, EAM/Introducer coverage, KYC/onboarding, governance or first-line business support.
• Good understanding of Private Banking controls, particularly client onboarding, referrals, intermediaries, third-party providers, periodic reviews and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder-management with senior management and external counterparties.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support External Asset Manager (EAM) / Introducer business, including onboarding, approvals, annual reviews and RM/EAM enquiries.
• Drive governance processes across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Prepare management information, risk indicators and governance materials for senior management.
• Coordinate broker onboarding/empanelment and referral activities.
• Advise Relationship Managers on the regional referral framework and coordinate complex client solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for new RMs, including onboarding sessions.
• Participate in regional projects involving new business opportunities and governance frameworks.
