Responsibilities

• Assist relationship managers with client onboarding and account maintenance
• Prepare and manage client documentation per regulatory standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests
• Maintain accurate client records and update systems
• Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and producing reports
• Monitor accounts for compliance with internal policies
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
