Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Data Officer for a leading private banking client. You will manage static data, support new account setup, ensure system operations and conduct compliance reviews for private banking clients.

The role requires 3–4 years in client data within financial services, with strong English and Chinese communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding by verifying client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless data management processes.
• Provide regular reports and insights on client data trends and anomalies.
• Assist in data management projects and system enhancements.
• Respond to client data inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
