Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a Business Management Director for Private Banking to drive strategy, governance and operational excellence across Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

You will partner with senior management to implement growth initiatives, oversee onboarding and KYC processes, and manage governance reporting while ensuring regulatory adherence and risk controls in a fast-paced private banking environment.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Business Management or Front Office support.
• Strong understanding of private banking operations, onboarding, KYC/AML and regulations.
• Knowledge of wealth management products including fixed income, equities, FX, funds, structured products, alternatives.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance and operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted partner to senior management and frontline teams to execute strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee governance, controls, policies and regulatory compliance within the business.
• Coordinate onboarding, periodic reviews and KYC activities with Front Office, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Monitor client lifecycle management, regulatory reviews and documentation requirements.
• Manage governance reporting, MI and performance metrics for oversight and decision making.
• Investigate issues, drive resolutions and coordinate with stakeholders to close escalations.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, system changes and UAT testing.
• Maintain audit trails and approvals to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency in private banking.
