Standard Chartered is seeking a Client Service Manager for Private Banking in Hong Kong. You will deliver high-quality service to clients, support Front Office collaboration, and ensure compliance with money laundering prevention procedures and Group policies.

You will participate in risk controls, assist TL/RMs with sales documentation and KYC, and uphold regulatory conduct across client onboarding and ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience in Private Banking or client services is desirable.
• Regulatory and risk controls awareness essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive client support to TL/RMs for Private Banking transactions.
• Process client requests promptly, including information flow and documentation.
• Assist in KYC diligence and input deal information into systems.
• Support client service issues and escalate complaints per procedures.
• Ensure client documents and reporting comply with internal standards.
• Adhere to credit policies and operation procedures.
