Job summary

Our client, a leading international bank in Hong Kong, seeks a Client Service Manager to support branch operations, compliance, and Relationship Managers to drive sales and deliver exceptional Priority Banking service.

You will assist the Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager and Relationship Manager to achieve targets, oversee daily operations, ensure governance and risk controls, and identify sales opportunities while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Customer Support Policies, Standards and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager to supervise Priority Banking operations.
• Support governance, oversight and controls within the branch.
• Ensure conduct and compliance with the Group Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to new business acquisition.
• Coordinate with frontline staff and other departments to deliver high-quality service.
