Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong is seeking a Priority Banking team member to assist the Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager and Relationship Manager. You will help supervise the Priority Banking Team, manage daily operations for Priority Banking customers, and ensure strict adherence to branch controls.

You will support delivering high-quality service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving business targets while maintaining AML controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• AML policies and procedures compliance required.
• Ability to engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Strong knowledge of customer support policies, standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager to supervise the Priority Banking Team.
• Achieve or exceed the business targets set for the team.
• Control and administer daily operations for Priority Banking customers.
• Ensure branch rules, controls and procedures are strictly followed.
• Support Relationship Manager to deliver high-quality service and identify sales opportunities.
