Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Client Data Officer to manage static data, support new account set ups and ensure banking system operations for private banking clients.

You will verify documentation, conduct data quality checks, liaise with internal teams and provide regular reports on data trends.

The ideal candidate has a BA in business or related field, 3–4 years in client data within private banking, and bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in client data field within private banking/ Financial Services sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data records in the system.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performing data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the onboarding process by verifying client documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless data management processes.
• Providing regular reports and insights on client data trends and anomalies.
• Assisting in the implementation of data management projects and system enhancements.
• Responding to client data inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
