Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a data operations professional to manage client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing profile maintenance. You will ensure data accuracy, support compliance and front-office requests, and drive improvements across core data platforms and related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a finance/business background, at least 3 years in bank or securities operations, and strong English and Chinese language skills (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in Bank or Securities Firm.
• Hands on experience in Account Opening and Client Reference Data.
• Knowledge in KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS/QI processes is advantageous.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Manage client on-boarding, account opening, customer profile setup, and ongoing account maintenance, including updates to customer information, directors, and authorized signatories.
• Maintain, validate, and remediate client and legal entity data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support business, compliance, and front-office stakeholders by handling queries, providing data extracts, and coordinating the resolution of data and documentation issues.
• Perform data maintenance across core, upstream/downstream, and execution platforms, including SSI maintenance, document management, and ensuring data readiness for operational processes.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and participation in projects such as UAT testing, system migrations, data migration initiatives, and implementation activities.
