Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior marketing analytics professional to join the Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. You will help craft creative campaigns, leverage big data, and deliver insights that drive growth and improve customer experience.

Working with cross-functional partners, you will design targeted communications for different customer segments, support brand messaging, and promote healthier, longer, better lives for our communities in Hong Kong and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics.
• Digital experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Results-focused with a track record of achievement.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication in English and Chinese.
• Proactive team player with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating creative marketing concepts that align with business objectives and growth goals.
• Make use of big data to create existing customer campaigns and utilize advanced data analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
• Support to design customer campaigns aimed at uplifting customer experience, fostering repurchase behavior, and growing existing customer business.
• Support to implement targeted communication to different customer segments for personalized engagement.
• Strengthen communication with distribution channels to support seamless execution and engagement.
• Lead to develop initiatives that enhance customer experience throughout the entire journey for identified segments and groups.
• Conduct ad-hoc business analyses to support the development of actionable recommendations for the senior management team.
