AIA Hong Kong and Macau seeks a seasoned Campaign Manager to oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize profitability and drive growth. You will work across Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution and Marketing to ensure timely, quality implementation and compelling sales tools.

Qualifications

• University degree with 10–15 years in insurance preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Experience with campaign implementation and execution (including business requirements, specs, UAT).
• Experience with campaign communication materials (leaflet, brochure).
• Handling enquiries from agency/distribution teams and customers.
• In-depth knowledge in product development, operations and system processes.
• Able to work under stress and tight timelines.
• Team player with strong project management skills.
• License may be required for regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compelling offers for insurance products to drive growth.
• Drive innovation to deliver new campaign ideas and strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights using data analytics.
• Handle post-campaign follow-up activities and enquiries from customers or stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing to drive campaign execution.
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed.
• Manage and handle campaign appeals through various channels.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
