Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is advancing digital innovations to deliver Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. We are seeking a data and AI product leader to shape customer intelligence, segmentation and AI-enabled solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience across Hong Kong and Macau.

You will own end-to-end product planning, define MVPs, coordinate stakeholder collaboration, monitor adoption and impact, and ensure governance, privacy and responsible AI throughout the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in product management, data product delivery or AI product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, tagging and segmentation.
• Knowledge of AI use cases and data governance principles is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for data and AI products.
• Translate business needs into reusable data capabilities and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, technology and governance teams to gather requirements.
• Coordinate delivery, UAT, release readiness and adoption tracking.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, governance, and responsible AI.
• Monitor performance, adoption and business impact to drive improvements.
