Job summary

Venture seeks a Principal System Analyst, IT (Application) to lead the design, development, and support of in-house applications across the group. You will drive the technology strategy, govern architecture, and ensure delivery aligns with business needs from our Singapore HQ.

You will lead a team of developers/analysts, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the roadmap and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, system analysis, or application support.
• Proven team leadership experience, leading developers/analysts and delivering projects.
• Demonstrated ability as solution architect, defining stacks and standards.
• Strong hands-on development with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive digitalization through in-house applications across the Venture Group.
• Define technology stack and roadmap for the Application Development team.
• Act as solution architect with end-to-end design and governance.
• Own complex projects, deliver with autonomy and accountability.
• Mentor developers/analysts and raise engineering standards.
