Job summary

Master Concept (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced System Analyst / Senior System Analyst to lead analyses, design, and delivery of software solutions. You will guide the SDLC from requirements to implementation, translating business needs into technical blueprints and mentoring a team of programmers across the Infra and Creative groups.

You will drive architecture, data modeling, and testing strategies while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in programming, system analysis, and design.
• Senior System Analyst with 8+ years of progressive experience and a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of web/mobile architectures and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document business needs.
• Own system analysis and design, producing detailed specifications and data models.
• Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and perform code reviews.
• Define testing strategies (unit, SIT, performance) and resolve issues.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and internal teams across SDLC.
