Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited seeks a Senior System Analyst for IT SAP System to join in Singapore, based at the HQ in Ang Mo Kio. You will provide SAP MM/PP functionality, govern systems and processes, gather requirements, and support day-to-day SAP ERP operations across group companies.

You will lead projects, customize configurations, and ensure integration with other applications, driving continuous improvement and on-time delivery of SAP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on functional experience in configuration, implementation and support of SAP MM/PP modules, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules and SCM business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP functional core expertise in the MM/PP modules; QM knowledge is a plus.
• Responsible for delivering SAP projects/enhancements on time.
• Govern system and process, validate as-is to be process flows, and assess effort for changes.

ProvideITprofessionalservicetoVenturegroupcompaniesandSupportday-to-daySAPERPoperations.Responsibleforsystemgovernance,gettinguser’srequirements,system/designimprovement,systemdevelopment,andauditcompliance.

• ResponsibletodeliveranySAPproject/enhancementontime
• ResponsibleforSystem&ProcessgovernanceincludeValidatesas-isVSto-beprocessflowsandsystemintegrationfromtheuserperspective,identifiespotentialworkaroundsforsystemchangesorlimitations,assesseslevelofeffortrequiredtosuccessfullyimplementchangestobusinessprocessesanduseractivities.
• Responsibleforbusinessrequirementgathering,systemdesignandprovidingsolutiontofulfilbusinessrequirement,andensuringintegrationwithotherapplications.
• ManageDeliverabledocuments(businessblueprint,businessflowdiagram,functionalspecification,configuration,businessprocessprocedureandtrainingdocumentstodetailthebusinessrequirements)
• Responsibleinvalidatingtestscriptandusercoordination.
• ManageSAPSupportticketandensureticketclosure&deliverablewithinagreedSLA
• Lead,facilitateorsupportsystemupgradingprojectsornewprojectsthatintroducetoregionalsubsidiaries

Requirements

• DegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,Engineering,orequivalent.
• Atleast5yearshands-onfunctionalexperienceinconfiguration,implementationandsupportofSAPMM/PPmodules,preferablyinManufacturingenvironment.
• ExcellentknowledgeofSAPMM/PPmodulesandSCMBusinessprocesses.
• WellVersedwithMM/PPmoduleMasters,Tables,Configuration,UserExits&BAPI.
• GoodKnowledgeinPurchasing,InventoryManagement,BOM,Routing,WorkOrder,andMRP.
• GoodunderstandingintheinterfaceswithexternalsystemsusingIDOC,XMLandFlatFile.
• Analytical,meticulousandhavegoodsenseinbusinessprocess&troubleshooting.
• Abilitytoarticulateandcommunicatewithpeopleofalllevelsintheorganization.
• Abletoworkindependentlyandleadinprojects.
• Willingtotraveltosupportsubsidiariesinregionalcountriesifrequired.
• SAPMM/PPexperienced&manufacturingSCMexposureisamust.
