Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited seeks a Senior System Analyst / Assistant Solution Architect to design and build the back-end architecture that integrates customer engagement applications such as CRM, eCommerce, loyalty platforms, and data lake/warehouse systems.

You will drive architecture strategy and governance, lead end-to-end design for high-availability enterprise platforms, oversee data warehouse and data lake strategies, and enable AI-driven integrations while ensuring security, performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years’ experience designing and developing integrations across enterprise applications
Experience with iPaaS/integration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Define architecture strategy and governance across enterprise systems.
Lead end-to-end design of high-availability CRM, BPM/ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee EDW and Data Lake strategies for analytics.
Drive complex system integration initiatives supporting AI and advanced technologies.
Ensure non-functional requirements like security, performance, and disaster recovery.
