Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a data and AI product leader to drive end-to-end data capabilities, tagging, segmentation logic and AI-enabled solutions across Hong Kong and Macau. You will translate business priorities into scalable data products while collaborating with business, analytics, technology and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in product management, data/AI product delivery, customer analytics or related areas.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for data and AI products.
• Translate business needs into reusable data capabilities, tagging, segmentation and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and manage delivery expectations.
• Coordinate delivery, UAT, release readiness and adoption tracking with proper documentation.
• Ensure data quality, metadata, access control, privacy, compliance and responsible AI.
• Monitor performance, adoption and business impact to identify improvements.
