Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior sales and business development professional for the Racing Division to design and execute data-driven sales strategies for premium owners boxes and related services.

You will collaborate with owners services and event marketing, manage the CRM and analytics, and drive retention, cross-selling and revenue growth while maintaining strict regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years in sales, client management or business development in high-end goods/services or clubs.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with discerning clientele.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics to drive targeted strategies.
• Experience in sales or business development, or equine operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Creative mindset to develop new sales/retention strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong PC skills with Excel/PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to promote premium owners box offerings and maximise utilization.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for owners products/services.
• Develop retention and reactivation programmes to keep owners engaged.
• Use lifecycle analytics to derive insights for retention initiatives.
• Analyse owner data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners services and event marketing to create owner-centric offerings.
• Contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Maintain sales records and pipeline data in the MCRM system in compliance with club policies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Adapt strategies to market conditions and owners' needs.
