Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a strategic professional to support the development and execution of a unique ultimate customer journey within the Racing Division in Hong Kong. You will help acquire, retain and reactivate owners, coordinating cross-divisional planning and long-term strategy across touchpoints.

The role emphasizes data analytics, KPI review, and close collaboration with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business plans and programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Power BI, Tableau), MS Excel Macro, Pivot Table, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing customer experience strategy and creating a total ownership journey
• Take accountability for data analytics to facilitate insights for new concept development
• Review KPIs on a regular basis from various perspectives and summarise key findings as insights for managers' decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation of business plans across teams
• Work with the engagement team on regular reviews of programmes and plans and their execution, ensuring that insights and learnings are generated
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops and presentations related to business planning activities
• Initiate and execute new ideas that support acquisition, retention and reactivation
• Assist in the design and implementation of acquisition, retention and reactivation programmes
• Manage internal processes and budget
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Educación

Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines
