Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited, Hong Kong, seeks a results-driven Membership Growth Lead for The Racing Club. You will drive acquisition and retention of high-quality members, build strategic partnerships with corporations, banks, and luxury brands, and deliver exceptional member experiences at events and racemeetings.

You will manage end-to-end membership processes, oversee recruitment campaigns, events logistics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to revenue growth

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• 6-8 years' hands-on experience in sales, business development or hospitality at high-end membership-based organisations, 5-star hotels, or financial institutions.
• Experience targeting HNWI/UHNWI in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Drive new Membership growth and achieve acquisition targets, with team and individual metrics.
• Cultivate high-potential members who may become future horse owners.
• Develop and execute membership acquisition strategies and build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Establish and nurture strategic commercial partnerships with corporations, financial institutions, professional associations, and luxury brands.
• Coordinate membership applications processing and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
• Attend races, events, and member programs to drive engagement and attendance.
