Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Relationship Account Executive to deliver tailor-made quad-play solutions to our Premier customers. You will meet VIP clients through on-site consultations, understand their needs and propose home automation, networking, fixed, broadband, and Pay TV packages to reinforce HTK Premier as a prestige brand.

You will build and maintain relationships, drive sales targets with high service standards, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in telesales or Insurance is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with more experience would be considered for Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Promote personalized one-stop quad-play products and services to HKT Premier customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts; identify needs and provide tailored solutions including home automation, home networking, fixed, broadband and Pay TV.
• Drive and achieve assigned business targets and KPIs with high service quality.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with external parties on potential partnerships; collaborate with architects, designers, contractors and IT managers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
