Job summary

LONGPORT Whale is seeking a seasoned pre-sales Solutions Engineer in Hong Kong to help brokers, banks and asset managers understand and adopt our multi-asset trading platform.

You will deliver compelling demonstrations, tailor technical presentations, capture client requirements, and work with Sales, Product and Engineering to translate needs into concrete specifications while ensuring regulatory and security considerations are met. Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, IT or related field.
At least 3 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical consulting in fintech.
Experience with brokerage, trading platforms or wealth management preferred.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and workshops for prospects.
Articulate value, features, and technical architecture clearly.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to tailor solutions.
Serve as a technical contact during the sales cycle and address client queries.
